The president/CEO of the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF) informs the general public that in order to consolidate and expand its programs nation-wide, ERuDeF is seeking to recruit a dynamic, ambitious and a visionary candidate to fill the position of a Business Marketing Specialist in its office in Buea.

The prospective candidate should have the following profile:

Master’s degree in Marketing ,Master in Business Administration(MBA) or related field of study, with a minimum two (2) years of working experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales. OR

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field, with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in marketing, advertising, brand management or sales.

Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential.

Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often juggling several projects at once.

Knowledge of monitoring and analyzing market trends.

Capable of exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.

Must have a strong communication, sales and presentation skills.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train and motivate team members.

Should be able to identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them

Should also have strong budgeting, internet and computer skills. 

Capable of working and staying in rural areas for long periods.

Should be perfectly bilingual.

The prospective candidate should have the following profile:

Master’s degree in Forestry, forest engineering, forest recreation or related fields (such as wildlife management, Biology, plant pathology), a minimum two (2) years of working experience in related field. OR

A Bachelor’s degree in the afford mentioned fields with a minimum five (5) years of work experience.

Basic knowledge and skills related to community forestry, natural resources or closely related field.

Must be knowledgeable about tree identification, selection, proper planting and care: and community based tree planting programs.

Effective verbal and written communication skills essential.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Capable of working and staying in rural areas for long periods.

Should be perfectly bilingual.

- Should have working knowledge and broad-based experience in conservation and/or rural development

- Should have good knowledge of the Cameroon government working machinery and including her Labour and Fiscal policies

- Should be able to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple partners' programs

- Should have monitoring and evaluation experience

- Should have a working knowledge in grants management and a track record in fundraising

- Capable of working and staying in rural areas for longer periods

- Mastery of programs management software

- Should be perfectly bilingual

The president of the Environment And Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF) informs the general public and applicants in particular that in order to consolidate and expand its programme nation-wide, ERuDeF is organizing a written interview to recruit the following persons, as per the vacancy announcement of November 2014:

They are:

- ABS Initiative Assistant Project Coordinator (ERuDeF);

- Community Forest Project Coordinator (ERuDeF);

- Director of Administration and Human Resources (ERuDeF);

- Deputy Director (EIBiNS);

- Teaching Positions (EIBiNS).

The interview is scheduled to take place on Saturday December 20, 2014 at its ERuDeF Institute of Biodiversity and Non Profit Studies (EIBiNS) campus in Mile 18 Buea, at 9am prompt.
